Change Leadership

Change is such a key focus in most companies today; yet many leaders say their change initiatives aren’t working. Why? As we explore the changes, it is clear they are trying a change management approach, not a change leadership approach. In this session, we will explore the difference between change leadership and change management and suggest ways to help attendees and their leaders better understand how to lead change. This session will be repeated on Monday, July 23, 3:30 pm–4:30 pm.
