Welcome Reception
Sunday, July 22 • 7:00 pm–9:00 pm
The 2018 Welcome Reception will be held inside the world's largest indoor amusement park at the Mall of America. This is a great opportunity to network with your AASCIF colleagues and make new acquaintances. The evening will include heavy appetizers and cocktails, admission to FlyOver America and a Minnesota trivia game.
Minnesota-Themed Night at Nicollet Island Pavillion
Monday, July 23 • 6:00 pm–10:00 pm
On Monday, we'll head to downtown Minneapolis on the banks of the Mississippi River and enjoy a Minnesota-themed night featuring foods enjoyed by Minnesotans, along with giant lawn games, a lumberjack show, and a concert featuring Nicholas David and Laith Al-Saadi of NBC's “The Voice”!
This event will be partially on grass, so please choose appropriate footwear.
Golf Tournament—SOLD OUT!

The AASCIF Golf Tournament will be held at Minnesota’s premier public golf course, Legends Golf Course. Recognized as National Golf Course of the Year, Legends Golf Course is an 18-hole championship course nestled in a wooded yet marshy area on the border of Lakeville and Prior Lake in Minnesota. Lunch will be provided at the course.
Closing Ceremonies: Stillwater Avalon Boat Cruise
Wednesday, July 25 • 5:30 pm–10:00 pm
To close the conference, we head to the river town of Stillwater, recently recognized by Forbes magazine as one of the "prettiest towns in America." Aboard the largest paddlewheel boat in the area, we'll cruise the beautiful St. Croix River; enjoying spectacular views, a delicious meal, and festive dessert stations. Music for the evening will be provided by Vinnie Rose and his band.
