Safer Driving Is No Accident

StriveSafe by Cartasite was recently selected to support AASCIF in a major new initiative to reduce motor vehicle crash rates through an innovative driver safety system that has proven effective in reducing crash rates by up to 90%. This technology gamifies safe driving for commercial fleets by monitoring subtle patterns of behavior and constructively engaging drivers. The session will share case studies from Texas Mutual and other AASCIF members that demonstrate dramatic reductions in claim rates. This session will include a presentation about StriveSafe by Cartasite and a panel discussion with two or three loss prevention professionals who have piloted or used the system.

600 Seconds of Safety—Best Practices for Effective Loss Prevention Management

This session encourages the sharing of best practices by all attendees. Groups of 8–10 attendees rotate through three different tables for approximately 10 minutes each to describe one thing related to the topic that they are doing successfully. Facilitators report out on responses to the whole group at the end of the session.
 
Topics include:
•    Managing remote workers
•    Measuring quality of consultant onsite visit effectiveness
•    Promoting value of safety services internally

How to Make a BIG Impact on Small Business Safety Culture

We all share a common challenge—providing effective services to small policyholders in an efficient manner. During this session, loss prevention professionals from three different funds will discuss the challenges they have encountered, the approaches they have developed, and the tools and resources they have used to make a positive impact on the safety culture of small businesses.
